Return Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: 

We glady accept returns. Notify us within 7 days and return within 14 days for refund or exchange. Returns after 14 days but less than 30 days are accepted for exchange only. No returns after 30 days.

Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method. If you received the item as a gift, the amount will be placed on a gift card to farahbean. 

Items returned after 30 days, but within 90 days, will be credited at the current selling price. A refund will be issued as a merchandise credit to be used on your next purchase/exchange. 

The original shipping charges ($7.95) are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will not be applied on any exchange order.
